Tehran (IP) - Three child artists from the Center for the Intellectual Development of Child and Adolescent (CIDCA) of Iran were awarded different prizes at the 12th Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children in Japan.

Iran PressAsia: Kian Jamshidpoor, a 10-year-old child artist from Iran’s Kermanshah, was awarded the 'Eco Friend Prize - Jury’s Special Prize'; his work of art was selected from among the 7,009 works of art received at the festival held in 2021.

Selen Arami, a 7-year-old Iranian girl from Iran’s Ahvaz (the capital of Khuzestan Province), was awarded the 'eco together'‐ Planet Earth Grand Prix.

Fatemeh Abiri, 10 years old, from Tehran, was also awarded the 'eco together Kao Prize'.

The Center for the Intellectual Development of Child and Adolescent (CIDCA) of Iran participated in the 12th Kao International Environment Painting Contest for Children in Japan by submitting 34 works.
