Iran Press/ Iran News: The event was overseen by Brigadier General Kiomars Heidari, commander of the Ground Forces.
"With the successful production and deployment of this fully homegrown bridge, Iran joins the elite ranks of just six nations with this advanced technology," General Heidari declared.
He highlighted the project's significance, citing cost-efficiency, self-reliance in mass production, and mastery of the construction and production techniques as key benefits.
General Heidari further commended the 422nd Group, calling it a "unique" unit with a proven track record of designing and building various bridges. He hailed the PMP as a major achievement, destined to play a vital role in future operations.
