"In the first and second phases of the [Islamic] Revolution, we follow the implementation and completion of the Iranian-Islamic civilization, and the observance of defense standards in all dimensions will play an important role in this issue," Brigadier-General Amir Hatami said.
Iran Press/ Iran News: General Hatami pointed to the enemies' conspiracies against Iran to prevent it from progressing and said the enemy seeks to limit Iran's various economic and military dimensions through sanctions in order to weaken the Islamic Republic and ultimately surrender it.
He stated that the enemies of Iran understand no logic and language but that of power, stressing that the country had no choice but to increase its deterrent power.
"We increase the design and production of our strategic weapons every day in terms of quality and by reducing the time from idea to product and price of defense products, we will upgrade the deterrent power of the country," General Hatami noted and added: "Of course, standards have a determining role in achieving all three components and should be seriously considered."
