Iran Press/Iran news: Farhad Mamdouhi, a member of Iran's Permanent Mission to the United Nations said on Monday evening that it's time for Saudis to accept the consequences of their wrong choices.
Mamdouhi rejected Riyadh accusations against Tehran, saying: "It is better for Saudi kingdom to stop its adventurism in the West Asia, instead of accusing Iran and trying to divert public opinion from its defeats in the region, especially Yemen."
"The Saudi regime is heavily involved in offensive wars, regional bullying, destabilizing behaviour and dangerous provocations, and blames others for their consequences. None of the wrong choices of Saudi Arabia in last decades is up to Iran, and no one except the Saudi regime should be blamed for their mistakes," Mamdouhi continued.
"Suppression of democratic movements in the Persian Gulf, the overwhelming support of terrorists in Syria and other countries in the Middle East and financing and ideological training of all major terrorist groups in the world cannot be attributed to others", he added.
Saudi officials have claimed in recent days that Tehran has been behind the Yemeni drone strikes on Saudi oil facilities by repeating baseless allegations against the Islamic Republic of Iran, accusing Iran of supporting terrorist groups in the region.
