Iran Press/ Europe: The Memorial of Hubert Jerzy Wagner is a friendly competition for the national teams, currently held annually and organized by the Hubert Wagner Foundation.
Iran's national volleyball team has been invited to the 19th edition of "The Hubert Wagner" memorial.
The Argentine men’s volleyball team, a bronze medalist at the last Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, also defeated Serbia 3-1.
The Iranian team, headed by Behrouz Ataei, has not competed in the tournament since 2015.
The first Memorial was held in 2003. This competition has been held yearly, except in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
