Zarif confers with Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Cuba FMs

Tehran (IP) - Iranian Foreign Minister had separate phone conversations with Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Cuba, discussing the bilateral ties and issues of mutual interest.

Iran PressIran News: Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Turkmenistan Foreign Minister Ra?it Meredow, on Friday, discussed bilateral relations, the fight against coronavirus, and sanctions.

Zarif also consulted with the Pakistani Foreign Minister on the latest developments in bilateral relations, the fight against the spread of coronavirus, sanctions, and the latest political developments in Afghanistan.

Iran's Foreign Minister then spoke with Afghan counterpart Mohammad Hanif Atmar on the latest developments in bilateral relations, the process of political understanding in Afghanistan, the fight against the spread of coronavirus, and other issues of mutual interest.

In addition, Mohammad Javad Zarif and his Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations, US unilateral and illegal sanctions against independent countries, and scientific and medical cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fight against coronavirus.
