Iran Press/ America: Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who is in New York with Iran's President to attend the United Nations General Assembly meeting, announced on his personal account about his meeting with Ararat Mirzoyan, the Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Amir-Abdollahian said: "In this meeting, it was emphasized the need for the parties to comply with the terms of the ceasefire agreement and resolve any issues through dialogue."
Iran's top diplomat stated: "The Islamic Republic of Iran considers Karabakh a part of the Republic of Azerbaijan, but the conflicting issues must be resolved through dialogue."
The new round of military tensions in Karabagh began on September 19.
Baku announced that it has launched an "anti-terrorist" operation in this region and demanded the withdrawal of Armenian military forces from Karabakh.
Armenia declared that it has no forces in Nagorno-Karabakh and called Baku's action a "massive aggression". 219
