Iran PressIran news: According to Iran Press, Marzouq Al- Hubaini head of the Kuwait-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group, who traveled to Iran as the head of a parliamentary delegation, met with Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on Sunday and discussed regional issues and bilateral cooperation.

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Foreign Minister of Iran, said in a meeting with the head of the Kuwait-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group that the Israeli regime, which has not achieved any of its goals in Gaza, is trying to compensate for its failure by resorting to blind terrorist actions.
In this meeting, Amir-Abdollahian emphasized the importance of prioritizing bilateral relations by the parliaments of the two countries.

While praising the position and role of the Kuwaiti parliament and government in supporting the oppressed Palestinian nation, he assessed the current developments and events in Gaza. He pointed to the continuation of the Israeli regime's criminal actions in killing women, children, and the defenseless people of Palestine. Although the Israelis have destroyed Gaza on a large scale and martyred tens of thousands of people, they have not achieved any of their goals, so they are trying to compensate for their defeat by resorting to blind terrorist actions.

Mazrouq Al-Hubaini, head of the Kuwait-Iran Parliamentary Friendship Group, also stated in this meeting:

"As a Muslim and Arab country, we respect the moral positions of the Islamic Republic of Iran in defending the rights of the people and supporting the cause of Palestine."

He considered the promotion of bilateral relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran as important and a priority for the Kuwaiti government and added: "The expansion of parliamentary and popular relations between the two countries is the strongest foundation for the continuation and expansion of bilateral relations, so our priority has been the expansion of parliamentary friendship relations with the Islamic Parliament of Iran."
