Tehran-(IP): The Iranian Foreign Minister said that there is political bickering inside the White House as to why the United States has become so attached to Israel that it is now thinking about a dignified withdrawal from the Gaza war.

The Islamic Republic of Iran's Minister of Foreign Affairs, referring to the messages of the United States and the West to Iran to control the spread of the Gaza war, said: "Today, there is political bickering inside the White House as to why the United States has become so attached to Israel that it is now considering a dignified exit from the Gaza war."

The Tehran International Conference on Palestine was held with the presence of official representatives of governments from 40 countries and representatives from non-governmental sectors, religious scholars and managers and media people from 29 countries.

The main purpose of holding this meeting is to create more coordination in political and international positions to help the Palestinian people.

According to Iran Press, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, on Saturday, December 23, after holding the Tehran International Conference on Palestinian Developments: "In the past 70 days, without exception, the messages of Americans and Westerners to Iran are focused on Iran controlling the scope and expansion of the war."

Amir-Abdollahian added:" The supporters of the Zionist regime concluded that the continuation of the war is not the solution and this situation has challenged the prestige of the US."

Amir-Abdollahian further explained: "The US is on the side of the Israeli regime in the war, and a complicit in its own right, and they should be tried in the international criminal court along with the Israeli political, military and security authorities, considering their behavior against the people of Gaza."

The Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs stated: "We do not have any proxy groups in the region, and these proxy groups that the US claims are groups that act to secure their interests and national security."

Amir-Abdollahian added:" We do not seek to expand the scope of the war, and we consider it a strategic mistake by the American politicians to provide the Israeli regime with American help with all their might in the genocide of the people of Gaza."

The Minister of Foreign Affairs further added: "The solution is not to create a coalition in the Red Sea, but to stop shedding the red blood of the people of the West Bank and Gaza." 219
