Tehran (IP) - Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani called Israel's attacks on Gaza an example of a crime against humanity.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at the Tehran International Conference on Palestinian and talking about the war in Gaza, Ali Bagheri said: In this conference, the military pressures to move the people in the Gaza Strip were also taken into consideration, and the change of the population texture in occupied Palestine is strongly rejected.

He added: The attacks of the Zionist regime against Gaza and the West Bank resulted in the death of more than 20 thousand innocent people, 70% of whom are Palestinian children and women.

Referring to the damage these attacks have caused to Gaza's infrastructure, Baqeri added: We condemn these crimes and consider them a gross violation of international law.

While criticizing the use of prohibited weapons and the threat of using nuclear weapons by Israel, he added: This action has caused damage to international aid workers and journalists, and this cannot be justified in any way in the form of legitimate defense.

Ali Bagheri Kani said: The International Criminal Court is expected to deal with war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs added: We know that the solution of Palestine requires solving the deep-rooted problems, occupation, apartheid, and attack on Al-Quds for the past 75 years.

"We want an immediate stop to the genocide by the Zionists in the Gaza Strip. It is obvious that the restoration of normal living conditions in Gaza requires the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of the occupying forces, the complete lifting of the blockade of Gaza, immediate reopening of the crossings borders, sufficient, continuous, and unhindered delivery of relief aid to the Gaza Strip and the release of all Palestinian prisoners and the detainees," added deputy of foreign minister.
