Iran Press/ Africa: Today, Sunday, December 17, 2023, corresponding to the third of Jumadi al-Thani, 1445 AH, is the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (AS), the beloved daughter of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (AS) and the wife of the Commander of the Faithful, Ali bin Abi Talib (AS), the first Imam of the world's Shi'a Muslims.
The New Iranian Ambassador to Nairobi, at the event, commemorated the martyrdom of Hazrat Zahra (AS) at Park Road complex Shia mosque arranged by Nairobi Shia Network, a local Shia association run by Sheikh Ali Samojah. Later on, the ambassador interacted with the locals and prayed in Jama'a. 219
