Iran’s Minister of Defense and Armed Forces , Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, addressed recent psychological warfare tactics by adversaries, dismissing them as baseless claims. He announced a series of military exercises set to begin on Saturday, emphasizing that these maneuvers will showcase Iran’s power.

Iran Press/Iran news:   Speaking at the first anniversary of the martyrdom of General Seyyed Razi Mousavi, Nasirzadeh reiterated the resilience of the Resistance Front. “The awakening happening around the world today is a result of steadfast resistance. The martyrdom of our commanders does not weaken resistance—it strengthens and revitalizes it,” he stated.

Nasirzadeh also addressed Iran’s strategic stance in Syria, noting that although Iran no longer has a direct presence in the country, other nations operating in Syria should contribute to its stability.

Criticizing U.S. foreign policy, he remarked, “The 250-year-old United States is exploiting its 70-year-old cancerous tumor, the Zionist regime, to plunder the region’s resources.”

Honoring General Seyyed Razi Mousavi, Nasirzadeh highlighted the voluntary and conscious commitment of martyrs. “A martyr chooses their path with awareness, driven by passion and determination. No one imposes this path on them,” he said.

General Seyyed Razi Mousavi, a senior advisor for the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), was martyred on December 25 during an Israeli attack on the Sayyidah Zaynab district of Damascus.

A longtime advisor to the Quds Force, Mousavi was a close ally of the late Major General Qassem Soleimani, the former commander of the IRGC Quds Force. His contributions to supporting the Resistance Front in Syria solidified his legacy as a dedicated defender of the region’s stability and sovereignty.
