Iran Press/ Iran News: The deans of Mashhad university of medical sciences, Mohammadali Kiani, and the University of Kufa, Yasir Lafta Hassoun, signed a memorandum of understanding in Mashhad to expand health tourism.
Referring to the scientific and educational capabilities and capacities of Mashhad university of medical sciences, the dean of the University of Kufa, Hassoun, called for the expansion of bilateral cooperation in training students at Ph.D. and Post-doctoral levels and using the capacity of science and technology park, and modern medical technologies of Mashhad university of medical sciences.
Mohammadali Kiani, for his part, announced the readiness of Mashhad university of medical sciences to cooperate with the University of Kufa in the mentioned fields under the rules of Iran's ministry of health and medical education.
The University of Kufa, with over 26,000 students, is one of the largest universities in Iraq.
