Iran Press/ Iran news: Iranian Minister of Energy, Reza Ardakanian and Minister of Energy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov talked about the implementation of joint projects, including the construction of "Qiz Qaqaleh Si" and "Khodaafarin" dams on Aras River on the border between the two countries and the "Ardubad" hydropower plant via videoconference, stressing the need to accelerate operations related to the implementation of these projects.
The implementation of a joint plan to build a new power plant near the border between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan was also among the topics discussed between the two energy ministers.
