Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian held a meeting with the visiting Iraqi National Security Adviser Qasim al-Araji in Tehran on Saturday.

Iran PressIran news: Qasim al-Araji is also scheduled to meet with other Iranian officials during his trip.

The Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein announced last Tuesday in a meeting of Iraqi MPs that a delegation headed by the National Security Advisor Qasim al-Araji would travel to Iran and discuss Iran's recent attacks on terrorist positions in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.
