Iran Press/Iran news: The attack was carried out at the Crocus City Hall music venue in the city of Krasnogorsk near Moscow on Friday evening.
More than 60 people were killed. Unidentified gunmen armed with assault rifles went on a shooting spree. An explosion rocked the building, starting a fire.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, while expressing his condolences to the victims' families, expressed his condolences to Sergey Lavrov the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Government and Nation of Russia.
Amir-Abdollahian said: A joint and effective fight against terrorism requires serious and non-discriminatory action by the international community.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani has also strongly condemned a deadly terror attack.
Kanaani offered condolences to the government and people of Russia, particularly the families of the victims.
He said the Islamic Republic of Iran stands by Russia in the face of this tragic incident.
