Iran Press/ Iran news: "Iran has never been an aggressor in the last two centuries and has only defended itself," said Brigadier General Kiumars Heydari, commander of the Army's Ground Force, at the beginning of the 'Fatehan Kheibar' drill in the northwestern of Iran.
