"Many European IranAir (Homa) flights have been suspended following the outbreak of coronavirus, and Iran Air's scheduled flights are now limited to London, Manchester, Paris, and Amsterdam airports," Hossein Jahani expressed.
He stated: "Of course, we had temporary flights to Madrid in Spain, Karachi in Pakistan, Belarus, and Italy, which were done extraordinarily to bring back Iranian compatriots."
According to Jahani, Tehran's flights to Istanbul will be operated every Monday and Friday from Imam Khomeini Airport, and the return flights will be from Istanbul Airport the same days.
Regarding the resumption of German flights of Iran Air, Supervisor of the Public Relations Department of the Islamic Republic of Iran Airlines also reiterated: "Negotiations have begun for German flights, and information regarding them will be given in case the permit is obtained." Currently, 60% of the requests from Homa Airlines are to establish flights on German routes, and IranAir will make every effort to resume flights on this European route."
