Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman:

Tehran (IP) - The spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran in a presser on Monday, November 4, said that indirect negotiations between Iran and the US on nuclear issues have been suspended after the last two or three weeks' incidents.

Iran PressIran news: In response to a question by the Iranpress reporter, and referring to the recent comments of Oman’s FM regarding his country’s efforts to resume indirect negotiations between Iran and the United States, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman said: "Communication channels between us and the United States have existed through certain channels and they have been used at different times."

Esmaeil Baghaei also did not confirm the news published on Oman’s Foreign Minister's trip to Tehran.

Regarding Rafael Grossi, director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency's trip to Tehran, Baghaei said: "This trip is on the agenda and we will announce the date as soon as it is decided. The subject of the consultations is also clear, there are some issues raised by the agency and we are trying to resolve the ambiguities in the dialogue with them.

Iranian consulate employees in Germany have not been fired

Regarding the expulsion of Iranian consular employees in Germany, the spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: "No expulsion has taken place so far, and there have been continuous contacts between us and Germany in the past few days, and talks have taken place in Tehran and Berlin."

"Germany's reaction to an issue related to Iran's jurisdiction and a person who is an Iranian citizen and has committed numerous terrorist crimes, one example of which was the crime in Shiraz, is unacceptable."

He added: "Recently, the Iraqi government registered a protest note in the Security Council and officially protested against misuse of its airspace against Iran."

Expressing hope for the collective action of Islamic countries in the Riyadh meeting

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman continued: The UN Security Council has been paralyzed due to the obstacles imposed by America and the supporters of the Israeli regime. We hope that at the November 11 meeting in Riyadh at the level of heads of Islamic countries, we will be able to pursue this matter more seriously and that Islamic countries will take collective and meaningful action to stop the crimes of the Israeli regime.
