Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesman said that due to the bilateral relations between Iran and Russia, finalization of the document is on the agenda.

Iran PressIran news: The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Kanaani, in a press conference on Monday and in response to the question of Iran Press reporter said: "The comprehensive strategic document between Iran and Russia has been finalized and will be signed by two countries’ presidents soon.

Kanaani added: The document will be aimed at expanding relations in all fields, especially economic relations, to provide the necessary legal foundations in commercial fields as well.

Kanaani emphasized that the document should be submitted to Iran’s Parliament after signing, and it will be implemented after its approval.

A few days ago, a Russian news agency quoted Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying that "very soon, Russia and Iran will complete the preparation of the agreement, and only its technical details has remained."
