India(IP)- The spokesman for the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Randhir Jaiswal, expressed solidarity with the Iranian people following the terrorist attack in the city of Kerman.

Iran PressAsia: Two terror blasts went off among the crowd gathered in the southern city of Kerman at the 4th anniversary of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani on Wednesday afternoon. The two terrorist blasts in Iran’s southeastern city of Kerman have left 103 people dead and 211 more injured, According to Kerman Province Emergency Organization.

In a statement, the Iranian government said that Iran will observe Thursday as public mourning across the country over the martyrdom of tens of Iranian civilians.

"We are shocked and saddened on the terrible bombings in the Kerman City of Iran. At this difficult time, we express our solidarity with the government and the people of Iran. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims and with the wounded," Jaiswal said.

At least 103 people were killed and 211 others were injured in two explosions taking place in the southern Iranian city of Kerman, as the country marks the 4th martyrdom anniversary of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani.
