Iran Press/ Europe: While enlightening public opinion about Israel's crimes in Palestine, especially in Gaza, the ship of these supporters of Palestine is collecting aid for Palestinian children by mooring in European ports.
According to Iran Press report from London, supporters of Palestine started their adventurous voyage from Northern European ports in Norway, and after docking in several European ports, they reached Bristol in the west of England, and from there, they moved towards the port of Southampton.
In 2024, they want to donate the collected aid for Palestinian children and the boats donated to the fishermen in Gaza.
Supporters of Palestine will stop in each port for a few days with the Handala boat, and during their stay, they will enlighten about the plight of the Palestinians in the occupied territories and the people under the siege of Gaza.
Handala is considered a national symbol for the Palestinian people, which Naji Al-Ali, a Palestinian political cartoonist, first created in 1969. "Palestine Solidarity Campaign" in Bristol, England, has recently organized several programs to inform people about the painful situation of Palestinians.
The 18-meter-long Handala boat was previously used for fishing in northern Norway. This boat, accompanied by a number of supporters of Palestine, in the past months in the ports of European countries, including Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Scotland, and England, has informed public opinion and is scheduled to leave in other ports in England and Wales in the upcoming months and inform the residents of the situation of the people of Gaza in these ports and other European ports.

An exclusive interview was conducted with a number of people and organizers of this initiative in support of the Palestinians near the Handala boat, and they expressed their goals and views about Palestine and its future.
Ms. Maleh Hendra, a Brazilian-English citizen and a member of the Palestine Solidarity Group, told Iran Press Correspondent,
"The long-term resistance of the Palestinian people continues. Our duty is to support them to reach freedom."
This supporter of Palestine stated that the major media in the UK identify the supporters of Palestine as terrorists and do not report the facts of Palestine.
The peace activist added that British media have always been supporters of Israel, stating:
" We want to tell people that the Palestinian land is occupied, and the Palestinians are resisting the occupation."
Dr. Oldin Farmi also told Iran Press that we are here from the Palestine Supporters' Coalition group in Bristol, and we support the Palestinian people by welcoming the supporters of Palestine on the Handala boat.
He added that Handala has come to Bristol on a European trip to increase people's information about Palestine and to collect humanitarian aid for Palestinian children.
This supporter of Palestine stated: "Supporters of the Palestinian people are supposed to go to Gaza after the end of the trip in Europe next spring, along with several other boats. Palestine has been occupied since the fabrication of Israel in 1948. Israel violates international law, and this apartheid regime ignores the rights of Palestinians."
The English citizen who supports the rights of Palestinians also told Iran Press correspondent: "I have always supported the oppressed and against the oppressor, which is why I have become a supporter of Palestine."
