The military spokesperson for Hamas praised the anti-Israeli operation carried out on Monday in the northern West Bank, dismissing the Israeli regime's attempts to crush resistance in the region as futile.

Iran Press/West Asia: Abu Ubaida, the spokesperson for the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, stated in a statement:

"Once again, the steadfast heroes of the West Bank have proven that they are at the heart of the 'Al-Aqsa Storm' battle. All bets on breaking their resolve or diverting their support for Gaza by the occupiers and their collaborators are doomed to fail."

Abu Ubaida further warned: "The enemy must understand that as long as it continues its massacres and aggressions against Gaza and the West Bank, it will pay a heavy price with the blood of its soldiers and invaders."

He emphasized that the Zionist regime would not experience peace or security as long as the Palestinian people are deprived of it.

The statement came hours after reports emerged of an anti-Israeli operation in the West Bank, resulting in the deaths of at least three Israelis.

Israeli sources reported that an assailant opened fire from a vehicle near the village of Al-Funduq, east of Qalqilya in the northern West Bank, targeting a bus carrying Israelis.

Israel’s Channel 12 confirmed that three Israelis were killed, and seven others injured in the attack, with three of the wounded in critical condition. The assailant fled the scene in a vehicle, which reportedly headed toward Nablus.

The operation is believed to be part of the ongoing "Al-Aqsa Storm," with Palestinian fighters and youth across the West Bank, occupied Jerusalem, and other areas launching retaliatory actions against the Israeli regime's brutal military assaults on Gaza.
