Iran Press/ Iran news: According to this report, despite all the pressures of the imposed economic war and the economic consequences caused by the coronavirus, this industry in last Iranian year achieved production growth.
Emphasizing the victory of the Iranian nation in the economic war, Hassan Rouhani said: "Production growth figures in various industrial sectors of the country are the best evidence of the ineffectiveness of the US policy of maximum pressure."
Rouhani added: "They themselves have acknowledged the failure of these policies and, given the recent talks in Vienna, have explicitly stated their readiness to lift sanctions following the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)."
"We will continue negotiations until a final agreement is reached," he added.
Rouhani stated: "The automotive industry, which has been able to resist the most difficult conditions and increase its production, will definitely experience a more favorable environment by changing the conditions and opening access to foreign markets, and reducing transaction costs. The government's policy will also be to support the industry and strengthen the competitiveness of domestic automakers."
Also, in today's meeting of the Government Economic Coordination Headquarters, additional proposals on improving the conditions in the capital market were discussed and decided.
