Iran Press/ America: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif arrived in Venezuela on Wednesday, the first destination of his trip to Latin America, and was welcomed by Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh announced Zarif's visit to Bolivia, Cuba and Venezuela on Monday during his press conference.
During his visit to three Latin American countries, the Iranian Foreign Minister is scheduled to attend the inauguration ceremony of the new Bolivian President and to discuss the expansion of economic and trade cooperation with Cuban and Venezuelan officials.
