Iran Press/Europe: Iran's ambassador to Britain, Hamid Baeidinejad, reacted to the United States ambassador's tweet about the assassination of martyred Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani and stated that Lieutenant General Soleimani was a leading figure who fought very effectively against ISIS, and many US leaders and politicians have admitted that US created and organized ISIS alongside AlQaeda.

He also underlined that the US is directly responsible for the killing of more than a million innocent people in its invasions to Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, and Pakistan, Iran Press reported.

The US ambassador to the United Kingdom Woody Johnson claimed that US President, Donald Trump, continues to take decisive action to protect US citizens wherever they are around the world.

Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, the head of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) elite Quds Force, and Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy commander of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), were martyred in a US airstrike targeting their cars at Baghdad International Airport in the early hours of Friday morning.

US President Donald Trump had ordered the US military to assassinate Iranian Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, the Pentagon has said in a statement.  101/211/216
