Iran Press/Middle East: Mohammed al-Bukhaiti reiterated Saturday evening that the UAE is pursuing its presence in Taiz, south of Yemen, which is contradictory to the declared policy of leaving Yemen.
He emphasized that the UAE is persisting in establishing a military base in Yemen's port al-Mukha, indicating that the UAE intends to stay in Yemen and is not seeking to withdraw, Iran Press reported.
Mohammed al-Bukhaiti, noted that all of the UAE's operations in southern Yemen is under US control, and the Emirates is taking military action to strengthen the Transitional Council's position in Aden, southern Yemen.
An Emirates ship arrived at the port of Aden on Friday, and the ship discharged 100 armored vehicles, military vehicles, and various ammunition. 101/219
