Iran Press/ Iran news: Kashan traditional cookie's baking skill tablet which has been registered in Iran's Intangible Cultural Heritage Lists, has been unveiled.
Traditional cookies of Kashan, 150 to 200 years old, are produced and used for special occasions, especially for Nowruz and other festivals. It is also one of the popular souvenirs of this city.
Traditional Kashan cookies are cooked in a special way with whole wheat flour, syrup of sugar and water, oil, cardamom, vanilla, and pistachio. 207/211
