Iran Press/Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News agency, Iran's member of the Expediency Discernment Council who also chairs Islamic Coalition Party, Mostafa Mirsalim said that an effective parliament is the one chosen by people, that is, it must have been chosen by the majority of the people who have voted in the elections.
