Iran Press/ Iran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) World Service head said that the common potentials provide a very good basis to enhance the cooperation between the ECO countries especially the media cooperation to strengthen the civil, cultural, and particularly economic interrelations among the countries.
Jebelli said ECOMU would be a very good beginning for cooperation between countries, expressing hope that it could serve the nations of the region, Iran Press reported.
On Tuesday, a meeting of ECOMU countries was held in Tehran. It was attended by the representatives of countries including Pakistan, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Kazakhstan.
The head of IRIB World Service Peyman Jebelli described ECOMU as a good media collaboration with IRIB playing a central role. 207/211/219
