Afghanistan appreciates Iran humanitarian efforts amid Coronavirus

The Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement appreciating the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for their humanitarian efforts, medical services to help Afghan refugees living in the country.

Iran PressAsia: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan has stated that all measures, especially the free treatment of Afghan refugees in Iranian public hospitals, have allayed the Afghanistan President's concern.

The Afghan Foreign Ministry said that the establishment of facilities for the movement of transit vehicles and the provision of necessary health and medical assistance to migrants in vulnerable areas of the country are measures that are highly appreciated by the Afghan government.

"Given the outbreak of the Coronavirus in the world and our friendly country Iran, the Afghan government wishes success to the government of Iran in order to fight this crisis and hopes that the world will get rid of this tragedy as soon as possible," said the Afghan Foreign Ministry.
