Iran Press/ Africa: Kaduna High Court judge on Thursday ordered the Directorate of State Services (DSS) to transfer IMN leader Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky and his wife to Kaduna Central Prison.
Not only is their continued detention in any form illegal and immoral, both are in very poor health and any such move could worsen their situation even further, possibly with catastrophic consequences the move has been ordered by Kaduna High Court Judge.
Nigeria has been cracking down on the IMN for several years.
Sheikh Zakzaky has been in detention since December 2015 after his home in Zaria was brutally raided by Nigerian security forces, during which he was beaten and lost his left eye.
