Iran Press/ Iran news: In his will, read by his successor Brigadier General Esmail Ghaani on Thursday evening at a ceremony in Tehran's Grand Mosalla to commemorate his 40th-day memorial, Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani has called Iran as the center of Shia in the world.
He has urged the Iranian nation to follow Islamic Guardianship (wilayah), adding that Iran is experiencing its most glorious times.
