Iran Press/ Iran News: Kianoush Jahanpour on Tuesday, June 2 on his daily press conference said, "From yesterday to June 2nd in the country, 3117 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed and the number of patients with this disease reached 157,562."
Fortunately, 123,077 patients have recovered and have been discharged so far, Jahanpour added.
The Spokesman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 64 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, so 7,942 people have lost their lives in the country to date."
He stated, "2,565 patients are in a critical condition."
So far, 975,936 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokesman said.
