Iran Press/Middle East: Several heavy explosions occurred early on Sunday in the port of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates, a number of media reports say. Local media reports, citing eyewitnesses, suggested that American and French warplanes have been seen flying over the port at the time of the incident, reported Iran Press citing Almayadeen.
At the same time, the real cause of the blasts is still unknown. The reports further say that the explosion occurred after at least between seven and ten oil tankers had been caught on fire.
However, the United Arab Emirates has denied the event and no other media have confirmed the news.
Despite the denial of the UAE's Fujairah bombing, some sources released targeted tankers information as follows:
Almajd super tanker No. 9773800
Almarzough super tanker No. 9165762
Almarij tanker No. 9394741
Alamyaj tanker No. 91477674
