"Iran's new aircraft carrier has both the ability to carry aircrafts and the ability to carry missile launchers, to which has no equivalent could be found in the world," General Tangsiri said on Thursday among a number of the IRIGC Navy cadets.

He pointed to Shahid Mahdavi and Shahid Roudaki carriers as the successful experiences of the Islamic Republic to enter the arena and promote its long marine navigation and promised the emergence of newer generations of vessels in the future.
