Tehran (IP) - The Bangladesh ambassador to Tehran stressed unity and cooperation among all Muslim countries.

Iran PressIran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the ceremony of installing 2021 Mustafa Prize Laureates' busts, Gousal Azam Sarker stated: "Definitely we emphasize unity and more cooperation among Muslim countries in many fields, especially in research, development, trade, commerce, and investment."

The Muslim countries are better at cooperating and working with each other, he said.

The 2021 Mustafa Prize Laureates' busts were installed at Pardis Technology Park (PTP) on Dec 17, 2022.

The President of the PTP, Mehdi Saffarinia, and Bangladesh ambassador to Tehran, Gousal Azam Sarker attended the ceremony.

The Mustafa Prize is awarded in four categories of information and communication science and technology, life and medical science and technology, nanoscience and nanotechnology, and all areas of science and technology.

The Mustafa Prize seeks to encourage education and research and play a pioneering role in developing regional relations between science and technology institutions working in the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member countries.

It was launched in 2013, with high-profile universities and academic centers of the OIC member states defining its policies.
