Iran Press/ Asia: On the occasion of the arrival of the Muharram month, a black flag has been raised in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar, and people especially youth came to Lal Chowk Srinagar to hoist the black flag.
"There is no Shia or Sunni when it comes to the tragedy of Karbala", reads the banner.
