To kick off a perfect day during cold wintry days, Iranian Kashke-Zard acts as a booster to be energetic.

Iran PressIran news: Kashke-Zard(Yellow Curd) is an Iranian plain food to cook in an hour, it is Zabol's local dish(Zabol is the capital of Zabol County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Iran).

Curd is full of calcium which prevents osteoporosis and it also strengthens gums. 

Ingredients:

Minced meat 250g, turmeric half a teaspoon, pepper as needed, 1 tablespoon oil, yellow curd powder 2 tbsp 

How to cook:

Make minced meat into small balls and fry them in oil, then dissolve two tablespoons of yellow curd powder in two glasses of cold water and add half a teaspoon of turmeric, pepper, and gently heat and stir it constantly until gets thickens, finally, add 1 tablespoon of oil and add the meatballs to the pot and let it boil, now it is ready to serve with freshly brewed bread.

 Kashke-Zard is nutritious and heavy and is it is better to be eaten at lunch.
