Iran, Poland confer on boosting bilateral relations

Tehran(IP): Iran - Poland political consultation meeting was held with the focus on examining bilateral relations and developments in the region.

Iran Press/Iran news: During the Polish Foreign Ministry delegation's visit to Tehran on Sunday the political consultation meeting between the two countries was held in the presence of the Polish Foreign Ministry's Director-General for West Asia and North Africa and the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for the Mediterranean and Eastern Europe.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of bilateral relations, regional developments, and international issues.

Improving the level of political consultation, expanding economic, cultural, and consular cooperation between the two countries were among the most important topics discussed.

The two sides also discussed the recent developments in Afghanistan and stressed the importance of international cooperation to help the people of this country.
