Health Minister:

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Minister emphasized that the Islamic Republic of Iran is now self-sufficient in various fields to deal with the coronavirus.

Iran PressIran news: Iran's Health Minister Saeed Namaki said on Saturday: "Corona crisis started when the country needed to import medicine, masks, and ventilators, which were difficult to obtain due to the difficult conditions of sanctions."

Iran's Health Minister said: "In less than two months, domestic producers were able to meet the country's needs in these areas."

Namaki also added: "Very soon we were in a situation where with the efforts of domestic producers, after self-sufficiency, we can export these items."

Iran's Health Minister emphasized: "With the arrival of the India and South Africa's version, we must be prepared for possible coronavirius waves."
