Russia (IP): The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Moscow and Russia's deputy foreign minister who is also a senior nuclear negotiator discussed the revival of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran PressEurope: According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, Kazem Jalali and Sergei Ryabkov exchanged views on the situation around the JCPOA and the negotiations in this regard.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the revival of the JCPOA, based on consultations in Vienna.

Iran and members of the P4 + 1 group, including Russia, France, Britain, China and Germany, along with the United States, have been negotiating in Vienna for several weeks to revive the JCPOA known as Iran Nuclear Deal, which was signed back in 2015.
