Iran Press/ Iran News: In an interview with Iran Press on Saturday night, Zabihullah Mujahid blamed the National Directorate of Security's headquarters in Kabul for paving the way for such activities for ISIS.
The Taliban spokesman said key ISIS elements were present in Kabul lodging houses.
Mujahid added that the Kabul intelligence service had provided umbrellas to these key ISIS operatives and that coordinated attacks were being carried out to discredit the Taliban and distort world public opinion.
