Memorandum of understanding signed between Iran, Serbia

Tehran (IP) - A memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Serbia was signed by Foreign Ministers Mohammad Javad Zarif and Nikola Selakovic.

Iran Press/Iran News: During a visit to Tehran by the Serbian Foreign Minister, Zarif and Selakovic signed a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia.

This Memorandum of Understanding on the development of friendship and cooperation between two countries parties is based on equality, sovereignty, territorial integrity, non-interference in internal affairs, mutual respect, and common interests.

Holding periodic meetings, consultations between the two countries on bilateral, regional, and international issues and emphasizing the need to resolve regional and international crises through political, peaceful, and diplomatic means are among the points contained in this document.
