Informed source: Legal talks on Tehran's agenda in Vienna

Tehran (IP) - According to an informed official close to the Iranian delegation which is going to attend the upcoming meeting of the JCPOA Joint Commission, the legal talks would be the only topic to be on the agenda that would include the mechanism the two sides’ obligations would be fulfilled and verified.

Iran PressAsia: Regarding the different comments made by the West about the extension of the talks so that they would include Iran’s missile and regional programs, Iran’s prerequisite for the US probable return to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) will be the complete and one-phased removal of US sanctions followed by its verification and not a step for a step plan.

In this situation, if the P4+1 persuades the United States in this framework, Iran will return to its obligations, otherwise Tehran will continue the current path without any haste.

Abbas Araghchi, the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister, also said in this regard: "We will discuss the return of all parties to the JCPOA with the P4+1 only, and we will not have any direct or indirect talks with the United States. At this meeting, we will announce the frameworks according to the policies announced by the Supreme Leader of the Revolution."
