Iran PressIran News: Aliakbar Salehi said on Sunday that if the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Board of Governors issues any resolution against Iran's withdrawal from the implementation of the Additional Protocol, Iran would show an appropriate reaction, adding that his country has sent IAEA a letter in this regard.

IAEA Board of Governors need to take a responsible approach: Russian official

Meanwhile, Mikhail Ulyanov, Russia's permanent representative to international organizations in Vienna, said the IAEA Board of Governors' next meeting on developments in Iran and the IAEA Board could be crucial, so the Board should take a responsible approach.

Ulyanov tweeted on Sunday: "IAEA Board of Governors session will start tomorrow. It can predetermine further developments around the Iranian nuclear program, as well as prospects of the full restoration of JCPOA. All Governors need to keep this in mind and exercise a responsible approach."

Some media outlets recently reported that US diplomats had distributed a draft resolution to the IAEA Board of Governors expressing US protest and urging Iran to cooperate fully with the Agency's inspectors.

In a letter to IAEA members, Iran also said it would consider the passage of the reprimand resolution against Tehran "unconstructive" and assess it as the end of the February 21 joint statement between Iran and IAEA.
