Iran Press/ Iran news: On the sideline of the International Conference on International Legal Claims of the Holy Defense on Tuesday, Mohammad Javad Zarif pointed to the trip of the Director-General of the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) Rafael Grossi to Iran and reported an agreement based on which Iran still not submit reports no longer would deliver the report of the activities of its nuclear facilities.
Zarif said: "The agreement is on the basis that the tapes recording our nuclear programs, which were never delivered to the IAEA live, but were delivered daily and weekly, from now are kept and not delivered to the IAEA."
"Of course, the implementation of the safeguard continues," he mentioned.
The Iranian foreign minister pointed out that the safeguard was the very commitment of the Islamic Republic of Iran and that the recent adoption by the parliament would not permit cooperation beyond the safeguard, reiterating that it means Iran would keep on cooperating with IAEA.
He recalled that these were the European sides that did not fulfill their obligations to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), adding that they must not replace the positions of the sides, since the US and Europe were the very wrongdoers.
