Iran (IP) - Iran's Parliament held a closed-door session on understandings between the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and ways to review the new Iranian year (1400) budget bill.

Iran Press/Iran News: Iran's Parliament held a closed-door meeting to review the details of the 1400 budget bill, as well as the joint agreements, reached last night between the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

According to a statement issued last night, Iran and the IAEA agreed that the Additional Protocol's implementation and the accesses under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) would be completely suspended and that only Iran's safeguard obligations would be implemented.

Accordingly, based on the parliamentary law, no extra-judicial access will be granted to IAEA and no extra-supervisory inspections will be conducted.
