Iran press/ Asia: "Bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Iran have increased, especially in recent years," Ilham Aliyev said in a congratulatory message on Tuesday.
In this congratulatory message, the President of Azerbaijan stressed that the relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Iran will continue to develop in accordance with the interests of the two countries.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, on the occasion of the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Javad Zarif.
In his message, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign affairs said that he is confident that relations and cooperation based on mutual understanding and friendship between the two countries will continue in the coming years.
Also, Jeyhun Bayramov stressed the continuation of cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Iran at the regional and international levels.
The glorious Islamic Revolution of Iran led by Imam Khomeini, the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, triumphed 42 years ago on February 11, 1979.
