Iran (IP)- The spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament says Tehran will not negotiate Iran's 2015 Nuclear Deal once again.

Iran Press/Iran News:  In an exclusive interview with al-Araby al-Jadeed website, Abolfazl Amouei stressed Iran's unwillingness to renegotiate Iran's 2015 Nuclear Deal known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), saying: "Iran has fulfilled all its written commitments in the nuclear deal, and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has stressed this commitment in 15 reports.

Amouei added: "Iran has reduced its obligations following Article 36 of the Nuclear Deal in response to the US breach of the agreement by illegally withdrawing from the nuclear deal and withdrawing from fulfilling its eleven obligations."

The spokesman of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of Iran's Parliament stated: "Europe's position after Washington's withdrawal from this agreement was heartbreaking for Iran; If the West wants to uphold the previous nuclear deal, it must live up to its commitments."

Amouei added: "Iran's demands are not limited to fulfilling the obligations of the American and European sides to the nuclear agreement, but they must also compensate the damages caused by the indebtedness of Europe and the United States in return for these obligations."

In response to another question about the evidence of recent Israeli threats to attack Iran's nuclear facilities, Amoui noted: "The Zionist regime is aware of Iran's defense capabilities better than anyone, and knows that in case of any mistake, it will face a strong and decisive response; They have many weaknesses."
